This department provides advice and services in the following areas :
- Establishment of all kinds of stock companies, partnerships, individual firms, branches of foreign companies’ representative offices, liaison offices and scientific offices.
- Consultations regarding companies and related laws.
- Economic feasibility studies of projects.
- Investment & finance studies.
- Financial evaluation of existing company.
- Financial analysis and financial indicators as well as performance appraisal.
- Changing the legal form.
- Merger, Division, acquisition & liquidation.
- Entry of Companies in (Commercial Industrial registry, Capital Market Authority and Stock of Exchange, Commercial agents, Exporter and Importers registry, Financing lease, private sector contractors and entrepreneurs)
- Amendment of articles of association and conciliation of companies’ status, drafting contracts and sub agreements, shares certificates, shareholders general assemblies, Boards of directors, shareholders registries, ownership, and transfer books.
- Assistance in attainment of work permits and residence permits for non- Egyptians.
- Assistance in the attainment of authorizations and permits required for projects and companies and helping clients for resolving and settlement of any disputes or problems that may arise with government and non- government bodies.
