All information regarding the company business gained by ATC in performance of this assignment and not already within the public domain (confidential information), shall be held strictly confidential and shall not be directly or indirectly disclosed by ATC to any third party without the company prior written approval. In addition, confidential information shall be disclosed only to ATC personnel that are assigned to the project. Disclosure to other ATC personnel will be permitted if necessary after notifying the company responsible personnel.
